We're thrilled to announce that our client Carlos Suarez has opened Claudette, a charming new French restaurant inspired by the food and decor of Provence. describes the food as having a North African influence and the menu offers spins on Mediterranean classics such as Bouillabaisse and Chicken Tagine. The chef de cuisine is Korin Grieveson, a James Beard award-winner from Chicago and the wine list is heavy on aperitifs and Provencal rosé, even one on tap!
