Kate's a Featured Expert on Inside Edition

On August 13th, Inside Edition ran a story titled Will COVID-19 End the American Restaurant Chain? that featured the insight of Kate Edwards. She weighed in on how the large retail spaces that chain restaurants are usually in are hurting them in during this time. "The chain restaurants, generally have very large footprints; they depend on hundreds of people coming and dining or driving through every day. Now, drive through is great, but it can't support the rent for those very, very large dining rooms." The story goes on to report that Outback Steakhouse, Applebee’s and the Cheesecake Factory are currently in trouble and might have problems paying back their debt.
